FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT – the Sales Particulars are probably one of the most important pieces of marketing material produced by an estate agent.  Therefore the highest quality digital sales brochures are printed and incorporate fully colour photography, both internally and externally, where required, to show your property at its best.  We are continuously complemented on the quality of our sales details and the information contained within them.

Newspaper and magazine advertising
We are committed to providing the best possible exposure of your property to the market place, both locally and nationally.  We believe our investment on your behalf pays off.  We take two colour pages every week in the Eastbourne Herald’s Property Today.  We can therefore guarantee not only to advertise your property as often as necessary but also in such a way that will ensure your property stands out from the rest.  We take great care in producing our adverts and also use additional internal and external photos in order to present your property at its best.  As with our property details, many people complement us on the quality of our advertising.

A high percentage of enquiries come from applicants walking into our busy and prominent offices in Cornfield Road. Our properties are therefore displayed at their best using additional internal and external photographs.
